What would you like Canelo Alvarez’s next move to be?

Darren Barker
Former IBF belt-holder

Super-middleweights wrapped up now, done, nothing else to prove there. I’m guessing world domination at light-heavyweight. I do feel Gennady Golovkin is a possible fight that can happen at 168lbs. It’s a fight that I’d like Golovkin to get. I think it is worthy of a trilogy.

Leading trainer

I would like to see him step up to light-heavyweight and I would love to see him and Beterbiev square off. I think that’s just dynamite all over. I’m not saying he beats Canelo but he has that chance because of that power.

Boxing manager

David Benavidez is the only fight left at 168lbs and would a massive Latino vs Latino draw.

Sports reporter

The Golovkin trilogy would do big numbers but I think it might be a good idea to get hold of David Benavidez while he’s still reasonably green, like Mayweather did with him. I don’t see the need to rush to light-heavyweight.
