You’re a long time retired and it is a huge decision to make. It’s very hard for a fighter to let go. People around him need to look after him.

Paul Ready
Boxing manager

I’d like to see him retire. I don’t want to see Chisora as an opponent for Daniel Dubois/Tony Yoka/Filip Hrgovic and get hurt.

Andy Clarke
Sports commentator

Personally I’d like to see him retire. But it’s his decision. We observers can be very quick to retire fighters, and with good intentions, thinking we know what’s best for them. But they get to decide when it’s over, that’s their right.

Yes he should. He should be proud of his career. He’s made a lot of money and has captured the hearts of so many British fans, myself included, but that’s because of the way he fights and unfortunately the way he fights isn’t healthy long term. He has earned a good rest and I hope he enjoys it.
