Atif Oberlton to Face Harry Keenan Cruz in Saturday’s Boxlab Headliner

Philadelphia light heavyweight Atif Oberlton (10-0, 8 KOs) will take on Miami’s Harry Keenan Cruz (8-4, 4 KOs) in the headliner of a Boxlab Promotions card Saturday at the Caribe Royale Hotel in Orlando, Florida.

The event, staged in association with Warriors Boxing and Undisputed Promotions, will be broadcast live on DAZN.

The eight-round co-main event will spotlight heavyweight Herich Ruiz (4-0, 3 KOs), from Isla de la Juventud, Cuba, and now training in Las Vegas, against Brandon Carmack (7-4-3, 4 KOs), from Kansas City.

“We are incredibly excited to bring this high-caliber event to the Caribe Royale Hotel,” said Amaury Piedra, managing director of Caribe Royale. “Atif Oberlton is a rising star, as is Herich Ruiz.

“In addition, Carlos De Leon Castro – Puerto Rico’s next big star – will be making his highly anticipated pro debut.”

UNDERCARD BOUTS:

Featherweight Carlos De Leon Castro (pro debut), of San Juan, Puerto Rico, will face Arrel Love (3-1, 3 KOs), from Ohio (four rounds).

Junior featherweight Chavez Barrientes (8-0, 6 KOs), from Las Vegas, will face an opponent TBA (six rounds).

Lightweight Corey Marksman (8-0-1, 6 KOs), from Orlando, Florida, will battle Gil Garcia (5-7-1, 1 KO), from Houston (six rounds).

Middleweight Jonathan Gonzalez-Ortiz (19-0, 15 KOs), from San Juan, Puerto Rico, will face Edward Ulloa Diaz (14-5, 11 KOs), from El Congo, Dominican Republic (eight rounds). 

Super middleweight Jamar Pemberton (6-1, 5 KOs), from St. Louis, will face Monreco Goldston (5-1-1, 3 KOs), from Durham, North Carolina (six rounds).

Junior featherweight Carlos Lebron (2-1, 2 KOs), from Orlando, Florida, will face Reese Harwood (0-2), from Browning, Montana (four rounds).

Welterweight Jocksan Blanco (5-0, 3 KOs), from Caracas, Venezuela, will face an opponent TBA (four rounds).
