A clash featuring content creators will headline a pay-per-view card at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on July 30 when Austin McBroom takes on AnEsonGib in a six-round professional boxing match.

One of the featured attractions will include former NBA star Nick Young taking on rapper Blueface, a source with direct knowledge of the fight told BoxingScene.com. The California State Athletic Commision has not yet determined if the matchup will be a professional or exhibition bout.

The former Lakers star Young has not played in the NBA since 2018. Blueface has previously participated in an exhibition bout for Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship.

Former NFL star running back Le’Veon Bell is also slated to be one of the major attractions on the card. Bell has been pursuing a boxing career ever since his football career curtailed last year.

The card will also feature professional bouts.

The show goes on for the former college basketball player and ACE Family star McBroom, who’d been facing legal pressure and fallout from the “Social Gloves: Battle of the Platforms” PPV show he staged last June when he scored a stoppage win against Bryce Hall in an exhibition bout.

Fighters claimed they didn’t get paid from the event, but McBroom published a lengthy social media post on Monday saying that all of the fighters have been paid and the lawsuits have been resolved.

Ali Loui Al-Fakri – also known as AnEsonGib – fought Jake Paul in Paul’s pro debut in January 2020 and suffered a first-round knockout loss.

AnEsonGib was featured on the McBroom card last year and won an exhibition match against Tayler Holder. He’s also beaten fellow influencers MaxPlaysFIFA and Jay Swingler in exhibition matches.
