In what turned out to be the toughest fight of his young career, middleweight prospect Nico Ali Walsh (3-0, 2 KOs) won a back and forth battle against fellow prospect Reyes Sanchez (6-1, 2 KOs). It was the first time in Walsh’s career that he was forced to go the full four round distance.
